Technology is perhaps our strongest tool in scaling up access to record clearing, and yet building and using technology tools seems out of reach for many legal aid programs. This session presented several examples of technology products/solutions that have been successful in Maryland and Pennsylvania in increasing access to record clearing. Presenters helped practitioners with various levels of capacity at their programs to envision how they can incorporate more technological solutions into their practices.
