CLS advocates help low-income homeowners access income-based tax repayment plans to save their homes from the risk of foreclosure.
CLS advocates help homeowners determine whether they qualify for one or more of the City’s property tax relief programs, and assist them in applying, resulting in more affordable tax bills in current and future years.
