COVID-19 has disrupted so much about everyday life, and our record clearing practices are no exception. This webinar provided space for practitioners to discuss the challenges they are currently facing in their practices and successes in working with courts and others to keep record clearing moving forward during this time. The session also covered how to message about why record clearing practice and policy reforms are important priorities as we move into a phase of projected recession and unemployment where individuals with criminal records will be disproportionately harmed.
