Vincent Fang (He/Him) is a staff attorney in the Homeownership and Consumer Rights Unit. Vincent leads the Rowhouse Protection Project, which represents homeowners whose rowhouses have or are at risk of damage from adjacent construction. He also serves as a Co-Chair of CLS’s API Affinity Group.
Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Vincent was a public defender in Brooklyn, NY, focusing on integrated cases with both family and criminal court components. Before law school, Vincent worked in politics as a Deputy Chief of Staff for New York City Councilmember Margaret S. Chin and a Press Assistant for the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus.
Vincent earned his J.D. from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law in 2021. He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Political Science and Policy Studies in 2013.
