Divisional Supervising Attorney
Tiffany Holland-McAnany is a Divisional Supervising Attorney in the Housing Unit at Community Legal Services (CLS) where her primary focus involves providing legal representation to indigent tenants facing eviction or other landlord-tenant issues. In addition, her principal policy issue centers on the intersection of housing insecurity and domestic violence.
Prior to joining Community Legal Services, Ms. Holland-McAnany worked in the private sector representing adults and children facing issues attaining Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits. Before that, she was a member of a national toxic and mass tort litigation defense firm where she assisted in the implementation of national defense strategies surrounding mass toxic tort claims.
Ms. Holland-McAnany received a J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law amd a BS in Biology from Hampton University.
