Paralegal
Sabrina Geary (she/her) is a paralegal is CLS’ Housing Unit. She is part of the Philadelphia Eviction Prevention Program (PEPP) which is a program that focuses on providing representation to low-income tenants facing eviction. PEPP is a multi-agency project that services tenants with and without rental subsidies who have housing related issues and court hearings. Sabrina also supports tenants in the Eviction Diversion Program (EDP). EDP allows tenants and landlords to come to mediated agreements without getting the court involved. Prior to working at CLS, Sabrina was a Case Manager at Philadelphia Mental Health Care Corporation (PMHCC). As a Case Manager, Sabrina assisted individuals with substance use disorders and/or mental health diagnosis as they utilized harm reduction practices to achieve their recovery goals.
Sabrina received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2015.
