Social Work Supervisor
Ron Ayler is a Social Work Supervisor in the Family Advocacy Unit (FAU) at Community Legal Services (CLS), where he works with attorneys, paralegals, and peer parent advocates as part of legal team advocating for parents involved with the child welfare system. He supervises two FAU social workers as well as graduate level social work interns. Mr. Ayler also participates in local and state policy groups. Prior to his work at CLS, Mr. Ayler was a Child Specialist Forensic Interviewer. In that position, he interviewed more than 600 children about allegations of sexual abuse. Mr. Ayler earned his master’s in social work in 2001 from Widener University.
