Rhiannon DiClemente is a Staff Attorney in the Employment Unit at Community Legal Services. Rhiannon represents clients facing a variety of employment issues, from wage theft to workplace discrimination, with a special focus on immigrant workers. She previously was an associate at the law firm of Dechert LLP, specializing in labor and employment law and focusing her pro bono work on issues related to immigration. Rhiannon has always been passionate about advancing the rights of workers. During law school she interned at the Women’s Law Project where she worked on issues related to scheduling fairness and safe leave laws and was a clinical student at the Temple University Sheller Center for Social Justice where she represented low-wage immigrant workers in wage theft cases.
Rhiannon received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley school of law in 2016, and is a fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Honor Society. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from The George Washington University in 2011, where she studied International Development and Latin American Studies.
