Naquiesha Harris
Naquiesha Harris (she/her) is a paralegal in CLS’ Housing Unit. She is part of the Philadelphia Eviction Prevention Program (PEPP) which is a program that focuses on providing representation to low-income tenants facing eviction. PEPP is a multi-agency project that services tenants with and without rental subsidies who have housing related issues and court hearings. Naquiesha also works with the Lawyer Of The Day (LOTD) program which provides on the spot, day-of representation for unrepresented tenants in Housing Court. PEPP handles a host of housing issues including, rent increases, repair issues, L&I violations, and more. In addition, Naquiesha assists with the Philly Tenant hotline where she provides legal advice, information, and resources to tenants with housing related questions.
Naquiesha received an Associate’s degree from Community College of Philadelphia in May 2017 and has been an active Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society member since 2016
