Jenna Collins
Jenna Collins is the Director of Supervision and Professional Development at Community Legal Services. Previously Ms. Collins was a supervising attorney in Community Legal Services’ housing unit. Before joining the housing unit, she was a member of the energy unit working on Pennsylvania utility policy and providing direct representation on utitlity issues. Prior to returning to Community Legal Services, Jenna spent five years at the AIDS Law Project of PA as their housing attorney, and was a visiting professor in Drexel’s Community Lawyering Clinic. Previously, Jenna was a Harvard Skirnick Fellow in Community Legal Services housing unit. Jenna has extensive expertise in subsidized housing, and has focused her policy work on the intersection of housing and domestic and sexual violence as well as housing and racial justice.
Jenna received her J.D. from Harvard University Law School in 2011. She received her BA with honors from Amherst College in 2008.
