Staff Attorney
David Huang is a Staff Attorney in the Employment Unit, where he represents low-wage workers on workplace justice issues as part of the Workers’ Rights and Advocacy Project. He also works on a variety of other employment matters, including unemployment compensation and reducing barriers to employment for people with criminal records. Prior to coming to CLS, Mr. Huang was a Staff Attorney and Fellow in Nashville, TN at Southern Migrant Legal Services, A Project of Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, and a law clerk for the Honorable Jane B. Stranch of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Mr. Huang received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2019. He received his B.S. from Cornell University in 2014.
