Staff Attorney
Ari Schoenburg (she/her) is a staff attorney in the Health and Independence Unit and assists individuals with maintaining and accessing public benefits. Ari began her career at CLS as a law student intern in the Homeownership and Consumer Rights and the Family Advocacy Units. Prior to law school, Ari worked at the Urban Justice Center’s Mental Health Project, a civil legal services organization in New York City, representing individuals in their Social Security Disability appeal hearings.
Ari earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2022, where she was a Rubin-Presser Social Justice Fellow. She earned her BA from University of Michigan in 2016, where she majored in History.
