Marisa Tilghman is Senior Counsel and head of the Finance Legal team at The Vanguard Group, Inc. in Malvern, PA. Prior to joining Vanguard, Marisa was a litigator in private practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and had served as a Special Assistant District Attorney prosecuting Economic Crimes, in Montgomery County, PA. Before attending law school, Marisa worked in the audit practice group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marisa received her B.B.A. from Temple University, where she majored in accounting, and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
