Supervising Attorney
Pamela Walz is a Supervising Attorney in the Health and Independence Unit at CLS. Ms. Walz’s practice includes representation of older adults and younger individuals with disabilities in matters involving nursing home and personal care home residents’ rights, access to home and community based long term services and supports, public benefits and guardianship, as well as administrative and legislative advocacy, community education and outreach, and attorney and staff supervision.
Ms. Walz serves on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Advisory Council on Elder Justice in the Courts. She also serves as a consumer advocate on the Department of Human Services’ Medical Assistance Advisory Committee’s Long Term Care Subcommittee.
Ms. Walz received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She graduated from the University of California where she received a B.A. in English Literature.
