On April 29, 2021, the Court postponed all Sheriff’s Sales until September 2021. The Court will issue a further Order by the end of May to create procedures to connect homeowners at risk of foreclosure to important resources to save their homes, including money that will soon be made available through the Homeowner Assistance Program, part of the American Rescue Plan.
