Kim Takacs, Esq. is Vice President, Senior Managing Counsel, Global Corporate Transactions at Chubb. She is responsible for the Global Corporate Transactions team and supports various groups including Global Operations and IT, HR, Real Estate, Global Data Analytics, and Flight Operations with third-party transactions and general legal guidance and support.
Kim is also co-chair of the Chubb NA Pro Bono Program. Chubb’s pro bono program has been recognized and honored by the Transgender Legal Defense & Education Fund, the Philadelphia Bar Foundation, PhiladelphiaVIP, Corporate Pto Bono and Chicago’s Community Law Project.
