Kee Tobar is a Stoneleigh Foundation Emerging Leader Fellow and Staff Attorney in the Youth Justice Project at Community Legal Services. Her project focuses on increasing access to civil legal services for youth who are experiencing housing instability, as a means of preventing and reducing homelessness. Ms. Tobar was previously a Zubrow Fellow at Juvenile Law Center in Philadelphia, PA.
Ms. Tobar was a Public Interest Law Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center. Kee was also a Georgetown Law Dean’s Award recipient. Before entering law school Kee Tobar was a student athlete at Alabama A&M University where she was team captain and awarded the Southwestern Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Year award in 2012.
Ms. Tobar received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2015. She received her BA from Alabama A&M University in 2012.
