Kintéshia Scott is a Staff Attorney in the Energy Unit at CLS. Ms. Scott advocates for low-income Philadelphians to have access to affordable water, heat, and electricity in their homes through direct legal representation and policy advocacy. Prior to working at CLS, Ms. Scott worked as an associate attorney with the Southern Environmental Law Center (SELC) focusing on issues of environmental and energy law, including water law, energy efficiency, and renewable energy and solar policy.
Ms. Scott received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and a Master of Energy Regulation and Law from Vermont Law School in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2014 from the University of South Carolina.
