Elizabeth Soltan
Elizabeth “Liz” Soltan is a Skadden Fellow in the Medical-Legal Partnership at Community Legal Services. She is a member of the Employment Unit and the Health and Independence Unit. Her project focuses on stabilizing income for families with newborns receiving care at CHOP’s Karabots Pediatric Care Center in West Philadelphia. Ms. Soltan was previously a legal intern in the Homeownership and Consumer Rights Unit at Community Legal Services and a student attorney at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where she successfully argued a workers’ rights case before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Soltan was a paralegal/case manager at Philadelphia VIP.
Ms. Soltan was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Malaysia in 2013.
Ms. Soltan received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2019. She earned her BA summa cum laude from Cornell University in 2012, where she studied History and Spanish.
